In the next section of my book Riechl deals with her mothers bipolar disorder and dealing with her mothers awful food recipes. Her mom thinks that Riechl needs to be sent away to go learn french at a school far away from her family and friends. Riechl is so upset and hurt all she wants to do is return home but her mother won't let her. Riechl meets a friend and also her family and discovers her father is an amazing cook. She goes over often to eat dinner with her friend and her friends father says to keep bringing Riechl around because he loved the fact that she loved his food so much.
So far for this book is pretty good at first it was hard to get into but its getting a lot better. The recipes are interesting and Riechls bipolar mom is pretty interesting.
